Halloween Fun

Well we are finally settled into the new home. Britney and Noah are settling in well and have already had numerous sleepovers with the neighborhood kids. Britney even went to her first middle school dance. CRAZY!!! Dont we feel old.. Halloween was fun. Our pumpkins rocked. Noah decided to disappear on us and go Trick-o-Treatin on his own without telling anyone and we had a "fun" time trying to track him down the new neighboorhoods for a while until we spotted him. He was in such a unique costume!!! hahaha. Britney just competed in her cheer competition and her squad took first place. Check out the routine on the video!!! We are going to Utah for Thanksgiving to hang out with the family.

We just returned from Boston where Nicolette was just sworn in as the new Vice Chair for the National Center for Assisted Living. We are really excited and cant wait to see her in action on capitol hill and representing the Long Term Care profession on a National level.

October 11th --finally back home

Hi everyone. Special thanks to Amber for setting up our family blog. I will do my best to update it frequently. As many of you know we have recently moved to the great state of Washington. Yes, we loved the East Coast, but also wanted to be closer to home and we are happy to say that we already have had Amber and her children visit as well as Aaron's parents. We are looking forward to having Dave and Jess and their family visit for Thanksgiving. The moving van arrives on Monday and we will actually have furniture to sit on!!!! YEAH!!! Here are some pics of the new house and some recent photos. Love you all.

First Visiter to Washington

I am the first one to come visit the Merinos!!! Nicollette and Aaron went to pack up the old house in New Jersey and I came out with my to kids to watch their kids. Aren't I the best sister? Nicollette asked me to set up a blog for her and I gladly agreed hoping that she will post regularly and we will get to stay in touch and get a glimpse of their family life. Things have gone great since I have been here. The kids are wonderful and I have loved being able to spend time with them. So, here is their family blog. . .
